Welcome to The Library, that place where numerous forbidden books and
frightening manuscripts have been sequestered. There have been many such places over the centuries:
the hidden vaults of the Library at Alexandria, the secret Library of St. John the Beheaded
in London, the clandestine Collections of the Illuminati, and so many more. In every era, there’s been someone with power who’s decided that the common folk were not ready for the writings of
certain madmen (though other, more learned minds might have called them geniuses) and used
their position to order such scribblings locked away in the deepest, darkest corners of their lands.
Over such places have been appointed guardians, and the Sisterhood of Librarians have become
as dark in legend as have the places they maintain. Here you shall meet one of the members
of this Sisterhood. Though positively sociable compared to many of her order, this one is not to be
